In view of IT strategic intent to transform its care service delivery via innovation, the Hospital Authority has developed its 5-year IT Strategy, aiming to transform its technology, process and IT talent to provide a smarter experience for not only the patients and citizens, but also the healthcare professionals and the supporting staff of HA.
